Thank you for choosing Miss Princess Store! We are delighted to provide you with custom handmade jewelry crafted with love. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

We ship all orders the NEXT business day! Dates shown at checkout are USPS delivery estimates, not ship dates.

 


Processing Times

  • Custom Orders: Each piece of jewelry is made to order. Please allow 1 business days for us to craft and prepare your item for shipping.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These will be shipped within 1 business day. 

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Priority Shipping (Domestic): 2-4 business days.
  • Express Overnight Shipping (Domestic): 1 Day
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination).

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing for international shipments.


Shipping Costs

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 (domestic only).
  • Shipping rates for other orders will be calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery method and destination.

International Shipping
We are happy to ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Please note that delays may occur during customs processing, which are beyond our control.


Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to package your items securely. If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  1. Contact us at CallingMissPrincessStore@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number and tracking information.
  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement.

Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
