Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Miss Princess Store! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for postage when mailing the item back to us.
- If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping cost.
To ensure you get the desired item quickly, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the replacement item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll assess the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund as necessary.
Non-Returnable Items

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have a 3-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
